Teriyaki Beef Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c of soy sauce (Kikkoman)
1/4 c of sherry (medium-dry)
1 clove of garlic; crushed
1 Tbsp of ginger; finely grated
2 lbs of beef
Instructions:
Cut beef to form cubes about 1 inch thick. Pound using a tenderizer then re-shape back to form squares. Mix soy, sherry, garlic and ginger.
Soak meat in the marinade for up to six hours but no less than four (at room temperature). Skewer beef and grill on medium heat up to twelve minutes, tuning often to cook uniformly.
For single course meals, alternately skewer beef with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.
