Sweet and Spicy BBQ Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of wine vinegar (white)
1-1/2 c of catsup
2 Tbsps of curry powder
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire
1 tsp of salt (hickory-flavored)
1 tsp of pepper
2-3 cloves of minced garlic
3.5-4 lbs of pork loin back ribs
Instructions:
Combine vinegar, catsup, curry, Worcestershire, salt, garlic, sugar, and pepper inside a bowl; cover. Afterward, let it stand for half an hour (at room temperature) or store in the refrigerator at three days maximum.
Heat the grill and cook the ribs with side of the fat facing up; cover for 1.5-2 hours (or until the meat has tendered), generously baste with the sauce during 15 mins before done.
