Soy-Barbecued Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of garlic
1/4 c of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsps of onion; minced finely
1/2 c of salad dressing or 1/2 c of olive oil
1/2 c of lime juice
1/2 tsp of pepper
3 tsps of parsley; chopped finely
2 lbs of shrimp (large); de-veined & shelled
Instructions:
Put shrimp inside a mixing bowl. Crush garlic. Place all ingredients in blender and blitz. Pour onto the shrimp. Cover with cling wrap and place inside the fridge for up to three hours.
Skewer shrimps and grill for about four minutes. Turn the other side and grill for another four minutes.
