Southwestern Grilled Corn on the Cob Recipe
Ingredients
Cumin
Freshly cracked black pepper
Lemon rind from one lemon
A dash of salt to taste
Chili powder
Instructions
Ready corn. Pull back husks, then remove silk. Smear a generous amount of butter that is softened.
Generously sprinkle with the rest of the ingredients for a Southwest-style grilled corn. Cumin and lime makes a different but superb flavor. Reposition husks properly and grill or open roast over high heat until corn is tender.
