Rotisserie Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 dash of ginger
1 tsp of powdered garlic
1/4 c of sherry
1/2 c of ketchup
1/2 c of soy sauce
1/4 c of molasses
Pepper & salt to taste
5 lbs of chicken
Instructions:
Season chicken w/ pepper and salt. Set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients into a pan and boil.
Brush on chicken while turning as desired.
Place on chicken skewer; tie keeping the wings and legs close unto its body. Grill for an hour or ’til tender.
