Memphis Rub Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsp of pepper (cayenne)
2 Tbsps of onion; powdered
2 Tbsps of garlic; powdered
2 Tbsps of pepper (black)
2 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
2 Tbsps of cumin; powdered
2 Tbsps of chili powder
4 Tbsps of paprika
1 Tbsp of salt
Instructions:
Put the seasoning onto ribs (1-2 Tbsps per pc of pork). Arrange over the grill and cook over low temperature for an hour and a half. Remove from heat and wrap on a foil for half an hour.
