Lemon Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
1 big turkey (15-18 lbs)
2 pcs of lemons (large)
2 medium cloves of garlic
Lemon pepper and salt
Instructions:
Let the turkey thaw then rinse and dry. Season including the insides with lemon pepper and salt. Slice the garlic and the lemon and insert between the meat and skin.
Cook the turkey in rotisserie at High then close the hood; cook, while basting every twenty mins, until temperature reads 185 degrees F (2 1/2 hours).
To make the plating, place the turkey in the center of a big platter and place steamed vegetables and sliced lemons on the sides.
