Lemon Pepper Marinade Recipe

Instructions:

Pepper (black); grounded to taste
1 pc of lemon zest; grated
1/4 c of lemon juice
2 Tbsps of rosemary; chopped
1 pc of garlic clove; minced
1/2 pc of onion (small); finely minced
2 Tbsps of olive oil

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients; use as marinade to a chosen fish or meat. Put in a sealed container and refrigerate. Can be used as basting sauce without soaking in marinade first.

For a better (and sweeter) caramelizing result – you may add 1 to 2 Tbsps of honey (or orange blossom).
