Ham and Sweet Potato Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients;

2 lbs of ham; (cut to 1.5-in cubes)
2 Tbsps of oil (cooking)
3 Tbsps of honey
1/2 c of chili sauce
1 can of pineapple juice (concentrate, 6 ozs)
1 tsp of cornstarch
2.5 lbs sweet potatoes; peeled, cut and cook
1 pc pepper (green); cut into 1.5-in squares

Instructions:

Mix 2 Tbsps of concentrated pineapple juice and cornstarch; stir ’til smooth. Let it boil (for a minute). Threaded ham, pepper, and potatoes on skewers then brush the kabobs using pineapple mix made.

Grill on moderate heat for 25 minutes, basting with the sauce constantly. Mix the rest of chili sauce, pineaplle juice, and the oil. put on heat, stir frequently ’til it boils.
