Grilled Tuna with Honey-Mustard Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
1 up to about 1.5 lbs of tuna steak
2 tsps of soy sauce (dark)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (rice wine)
1 Tbsp of olive oil
2 Tbsps of Dijon mustard, thereabouts
Instructions:
About an hour or two prior to grilling, put tuna steaks inside a bowl. Using a separate bowl, mix all the rest of the ingredients together. Pour marinade over steaks making sure to coat all steaks generously.
Cover with cling wrap then place inside fridge until ready for grilling. Grease grill generously. Place steaks over coals.
Grill for about 5-7 minutes such that outside, steak is a beautifully charred, and inside, steak is deliciously pink and juicy.
