Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

Freshly cracked black pepper
24 pcs of medium sized mushrooms
1/2 c of cooked ham; chopped finely
1/4 c of dry white wine sherry
1/4 c of chives; chopped
1 Tbsp of parsley; snipped
2 tsps of flour
1/2 tsp of marjoram; dried & crushed
3 Tbsps of margarine; divided

Instructions:

Clean mushrooms. Slice off stems. Set caps aside. Cook stems with onion using one tablespoon of margarine until they are tender.

Mix in the flour, the marjoram, pepper and wine, stirring frequently until it becomes thick and bubbles appear. Mix in the ham add the parsley.

Remove from heat. Stuff mushrooms with the ham mix. Place all prepared mushrooms in an alum foil and pour over remainder of margarine or butter.

Fold the foil in order to seal all edges then grill for up to twenty minutes.
