Grilled Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of sugar
1 pc of garlic clove; minced
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
2 Tbsps of honey
1/3 c of ketchup
1 c of dry wine (red)
1 tsp of Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary)
4 lbs of pork ribs
Instructions:
Boil water in large pot; and then add in ribs together with herbs. Lower the heat; then simmer (30-35 minutes). Drain. Mix ketchup, wine, soy sauce, honey, ginger, salt and garlic.
Boil on moderate heat ’til liquid is reduced into half. Grill ribs, basting with sauce made. Continue cooking for approximately 20 minutes; turning and basting as desired.
Do not remove from heat until glazed and brown. Cut and serve.
