Grilled Shrimp Recipe I
Ingredients:
2 lbs of large shrimps (tail on); shelled & de-veined
Juice from freshly squeezed lemon
1 clove of garlic; crushed
1/3 c of olive oil
Garlic-butter for dipping
Salt
Instructions:
Place shrimps inside a shallow dish. Mix in the garlic, season with salt. Pour the juice of lemon plus olive oil.
Stir the ingredients well to evenly coat with marinade. Cover with cling wrap and place inside the fridge for an hour or two.
Skewer shrimps then grill for 12-15 minutes making sure skewers are about 5-6 inches away from surface of grill. Turn as often as necessary. Remember to get rid of the tail should you choose to broil shrimps.
