Grilled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of salmon steaks or tuna steaks (1 inch thick each)
1/4 c of cooking wine or sherry
3 Tbsps of olive oil
1/4 c of tamari or soy sauce
1 Tbsp of juice from freshly squeezed lemon
1/2 tsp of lemon zest
1 clove of garlic (small); crushed & minced
Instructions:
Prepare tuna steaks inside a low square dish. Beat all of the liquid ingredients. Decant onto tuna or salmon steaks.
Wrap with plastic wrap and place inside fridge for an hour up to 2; turning fish every now and then. Please steaks on top of grill making sure it is generously greased then grill on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Baste fish using the marinade frequently. Fish is ready when it flakes simply with fork. Good for 4 people
