Grilled Portobello Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
12 pcs of large mushrooms (Portobello)
3 Tbsps of butter or margarine
3 Tbsps of olive oil
3 pcs of garlic; crushed and chopped finely
Freshly cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp of lime juice
Instructions:
Clean mushrooms, take out stems. Set it aside. Start melting butter with olive oil on saucepan. Mix in the garlic and pepper.
Then cut mushrooms in half. Brush mushrooms evenly with oil and butter dressing. Grill mushrooms above medium heat (stem side first) for eight minutes.
Roll and baste the top of mushrooms with oil and butter dressing. Continue grilling for eight minutes more. Mushrooms are ready when soft and outside skin is adequately charred.
Can serve six people.
