Grilled Japanese Eggplant Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggplant (Japanese)
2 Tbsps of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp garlic; minced
Instructions:
Japanese eggplants may be truly grilled to perfection because it’s thin. It may be roasted whole. Its skin darkens delightfully whereas the meat on the inside seeps with delicious juices.
Clean eggplants. Pat them dry. Thinly coat eggplants using olive oil. Put in garlic. Season with pepper, as well as salt to taste.
Cook eggplants on high heat from burner, turning frequently to evenly grill all sides. Eggplants are ready after 5-6 minutes. Place in glass tray.
Can serve six.
