Grilled Hamburger Steaks Recipe
Ingredients:
Water
1.5 lbs grounded steak (round)
1 French bread; sliced to about 1 oz
1/4 tsp pepper (black)
2 Tbsps of chives (fresh); finely chopped
2 tsp of marjoram, oregano, tarragon and thyme
2 Tbsps of parsley (fresh); finely chopped
1 tsp of salt
1 large egg
1/2 tsp of seasoning salt
Instructions:
Soak bread inside a bowl of water. When bread has absorbed most water, press out excess water and throw water away. Mix in beef.
Add tarragon, parsely, oregano, thyme and marjoram. Sprinkle a dash of salt. Crack in black pepper. Beat egg into beef mixture.
Shape into four equal sized patties with a thickness of about an inch. Grill burger patties fifteen minutes on each side.
For a low-carb diet, replace bread with almonds that have been grounded. Serves four people.
