Grilled Corn on the Cob with Bacon Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ears of sweet corn
Bacon bits; cooked
100 g of Butter; melted at room temperature
Chives; chopped
Instructions:
Clean the ears of corn. Remove the husks then the silk. Put them in a bowl with cool water and let sit about twenty minutes.
Smear the butter on each corn and grill 20-25 minutes until they are tender. Corn can be served with chives (chopped) alongside and sprinkle with bacon bits. Add more butter and salt according to taste.
