Grilled Chicken with Homemade Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

4 pcs of chicken breasts (halves)
1/4 tsp of pepper (black); grounded
3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp of thyme; dried
1 pc garlic clove; minced
2 tsps of sugar (brown); packed
3 Tbsps of vinegar (cider)
1/4 c of ketchup

Instructions:

Mix vinegar, ketchup, sugar, thyme, garlic, pepper and Tabasco in a pan. Boil on moderate heat. Simmer and stir constantly ’til thickened.

Grill or broil chicken, using marinade. Turn as desired.
