Grilled All-American Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic; minced
1 Tbsp of steak sauce
2 Tbsps of catsup
2 Tbsps of onion; chopped finely
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire
1 tsp of sugar (white)
1 tsp of vegetable oil
1/2 tsp of hot sauce (Tabasco)
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
4 pcs of burger buns
Optional:
Slices of cheese (American)
Lettuce leaves
Slices of Tomato (large)
Slices of onion (red)
Slices of Pickle
1 tsp of vinegar
Instructions:
To make the sauce, combine together garlic, onion, steak and Worcestershire sauces, oil, sugar, hot sauce, and vinegar inside a saucepan. Let it boil then reduce the heat.
Let it simmer for five mins, uncovered. Take out from the heat and set it aside. Combine beef, pepper, and salt inside a bowl. Mold into patties (3/4 inch thick).
Heat grill and cook meat. Then, cover the hood for 20-25 mins or till temperature reaches (160 degrees F), while brushing occasionally with the sauce when it is almost done.
Toast burger buns above grill and place the lettuce, patty, tomato, pickle, onion, and cheese.
