Garlic Grilled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp of chili powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of oregano; dried & crumbled
2 pcs of garlic cloves; minced
1 Tbsp of lemon juice or lime
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable)
1 c of picante sauce or salsa
4 pcs of chicken meat (boneless)
Instructions:
Wrap the chicken meat inside a food bag and gently pound until 1/4-in thick. Then cut it to strips at a width of an inch and put in the non-reactive shoal container.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour on the chicken. Seal and put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
Arrange the chicken on the skewers and grill for 5-10 minutes, basting and turning as desired. Serve with the salsa.
