Deviled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of dry mustard (Coleman’s)
1/3 c of wine (white)
4 pcs of chicken breast fillet; halved
3/4 c of peanut oil
Breadcrumbs (soft)
Black pepper (freshly ground)
Salt
Instructions:
Stir wine and mustard to form paste then let it rest for ten mins. Flatten the breast fillet then brush gently with vegetable oil.
Put pepper and salt for seasoning. Grill each of the sides for a minute and take out from the grill.
Gently brush the sides with the paste and coat with breadcrumbs and drizzle a little bit of peanut oil. Cook the chicken on the grill till slightly brown.
Flip on the other side and drizzle oil. Cook ’til done to your desired cooking.
