Corn-in-the-Shuck Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ears of corn (medium sized) or 1 large pc of corn
a pinch of salt
butter
Instructions:
Clean corn. Peel down husks. Trim stalks and take away silk. Smear corn kernels with the butter or margarine and sprinkle with salt.
Reposition husks into place again then secure them using a cord. Grill ears over medium heat and turn occasionally to cook evenly. After twenty minutes, corn should be tender and running with sweet juices.
