Grilled Teriyaki Salmon and Dill Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet (2-3 lbs)
Bottled marinade (teriyaki)
Bottled glaze (teriyaki)

For the Sauce:
8 oz of sour cream
1 Tbsp of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Dill (fresh, to taste)

Instructions:

To make the sauce, combine dill, juice (lemon), and sour cream; mix well. Place in the refrigerator till needed.

Marinate the fillets with the teriyaki for an hour. Heat the grill and place the fillets on the hot grids without covering the hood.

Flip the fillet every five mins until brown (approxiately 20 mins). Brush glaze on the sides then sprinkle the dill.

To make the plating, place fillet on the platter with slices of lemon and sauce on the sides.
