Pork Tenderloin in Spiced Bourbon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of veggie oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Kentucky bourbon
3 cloves of garlic; chopped finely
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 pieces pork tenderloin (1 pound each)
Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients (except pork) altogether using a food processor and whisk. Pour into a container with the tenderloin, cover and shill for at least six hours or overnight.
Grill pork for half an hour basting with the marinade. Slice and serve.
