Plum Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of onions; chopped finely
1/4 c of butter (or margarine)
1/4 c of chili sauce
16 cans purple plums (1/2 oz); drained, core removed, & chopped finely
Frozen lemonade (6 ozs); thawed
2 tsps of mustard (Dijon)
Instructions:
Saute onion with margarine on a saucepan; stir constantly for two mins or till tender. Add chili sauce, mustard, plums, and lemonade.
Let it boil then lower down the heat. Allow to simmer for fifteen mins, uncovered; stir occasionally.
