Extra Special Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:

6 pcs of fried bacon; crumbled
1 lb of beef (ground)
1 tsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp of salt (garlic)
1-2 1/2 oz of mushroom (drained)
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of parsley (dried)
3/4 c of grated cheese (cheddar)
1/8 tsp of pepper

Instructions:

Mix well the beef, garlic, pepper, salt, soy sauce, and garlic-flavored salt. Make sure the eight patties are equal in size and must be thin enough to accommodate the left over ingredients.

Distribute the ingredients that remained evenly on the four patties. Cover edges to seal. Place inside fridge until set to broil or grill.

Grill until tenderness desired is reached.

Variations:

Reuben Burgers – Mix one cup of cheese (shredded) and six teaspoons of sauerkraut (drained well). Perfect as filling, in place of the mushroom mix.

Blue Cheese Burgers – Mix 1/2 c of cheese (bleu/crumbled), 1/4 c of cubed pickle (sweet). Burger mix is more preferred rather than mushroom mix. Good for four persons
