Garlic Butter for Dipping Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 large garlic clove, crushed
A dash of salt
1/2 cup butter
Instructions:
Melt the butter using a petite sized saucepan. Add in rest of the ingredients. Cook for a minute. Do not overheat butter. Best served with grilled shrimp and other grilled seafood.
