Buffalo – Style Ribs with Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

For pork ribs:
1 – 3 lbs of pork ribs
1 Tbsp of sugar (brown)
1/4 c of cider vinegar
2 – 3 Tbsps of hot sauce
1/4 c of Worcestershire
1/4 c of olive oil

For the Dressing:
1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp of pepper (black); freshly grinded
2 ozs of blue cheese; crumbled finely
1 pc of garlic; chopped finely
1/4 c of sour cream
1 – 2 Tbsps of milk
1/4 c of mayonnaise
Pepper and salt to taste

Instructions:

For the pork ribs marinade – mix in oil, vinegar hot sauce, Worcestershire, and sugar. Put the ribs inside a container with lid cover (or resealable bag), mix with sauce then seal.

Refrigerate overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours).

For the sauce: Mix black pepper, Worcestershire, blue cheese, garlic, sour cream, milk & mayonnaise; then refrigerate.

Take the ribs out from the marinade. Boil the marinade for a minute of full boil then place the ribs in the grill grate.

Cook for half an hour ’til tender, turn and brush with the boiled marinade. Lastly, season with pepper and salt, cut then serve w/ sauce.
