Blackened Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
Fish, skinned and deboned
Butter (salted)
Cajun spice
Instructions:
Heat griddle or cast-iron skillet over high heat for 15-20 mins. While waiting for the pan to be very hot, brush fish with butter then season w/ cajun spice.
When griddle is ready, melt three tablespoons of butter then grill the fish. Make sure not to overcook the fish, as fish tends to cook more quickly.
You must only cook it about 4-8 minutes on each of the sides or surface turns a little black.
Tips: You can choose catfish, cream dory, red fish, or any fish you like
