Beef Shish Kabobs Recipe II

Ingredients:

18 pcs mushroom tops (whole)
1 packet of salad dressing (Italian season mix)
18 pcs of peppers (green); diced
15 pcs of cherry tomatoes
2 lbs of beef tenderloin steaks (1-1.5 inches thick)
12 pcs of small onions

Instructions:

Make dressing as per package instructions. Evenly spread the mix all over the cut beef, then seal it. Refrigerate for eight hours but no less than four hours.

Toss in vegetables with beef. Alternate the vegetable and beer on the skewers before grilling or broiling, until desired tenderness is acquired.

It is best served with tossed greens or rice. Good for six persons.
