Beef Shish Kabobs Recipe I
Ingredients:
10 pcs of metal skewers
2 pcs of onions (red)
3 pcs of bell pepper
1 pc of 8-oz can of pineapple chucks; drained
1 lb of sausage (Polish) sliced
2.5 ilbs of beef tenderloin; (boneless); cubed to 1.5 inches
1 pc of onion (green); chopped
3/4 c of oil
1.5 tsp of ginger
1.5 tsp of garlic; powdered
2 Tbsps of vinegar
3 Tbsps of honey
1/2 c of soy sauce
Instructions:
Combine honey, sauce, powdered garlic, ginger, onion (green) and oil. Put in the sirloion and soak in marinade overnight then drain the meat.
Arrange the sausage, beef, vegetables and the pineapple. Grill for half an hour.
