Basic Easy Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp of black pepper (freshly ground)
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 c of hot sauce
1/2 c of butter
3 lbs of chicken wings
Instructions:
Preheat the outdoor grill on a high heat. Put oil on grill and cook wings (separated at joints) turning it in every 10 to 15 minutes until juice runs clear.
Melt half a cup of butter inside a sauce pan, put the rest of the spices and stir.Put the grilled wings inside a container, pour in prepared sauce and secure with cover.
Try to shake until wings are fully-coated.
