Barbequed Ribs Recipe


Barbequed Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

1 clove of crushed garlic
1/2 tsp of mustard; dry
2 Tbsps of chopped onions
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1/4 c of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c of chili sauce
1/2 c of chili sauce
1/2 c of ketchup
1/2 c of cider vinegar
1/2 c of brown sugar (dark)
2 tsps of ground cumin
2 tsps of chili powder
2 tsps of back pepper; ground
2 tsps of salt
1 Tbsp of paprika
1 Tbsp of white sugar
4 cloves of sliced garlic
4 lbs of baby back pork ribs

Instructions:

Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Put the ribs inside a shoal pan for roasting. Spread 4 garlic on meat. Cover, bake (2.5 hours) then cool.

Mix salt, paprika, sugar (white), chili powder, cumin and pepper. Rub the spices on the ribs; put cover then refrigerate for a 8 hours or overnight.

Mix the rest of the ingredients then simmer on moderate heat for an hour (do not cover). Save some to be use to baste the ribs and some to be made as dip sauce.

Heat up grill on moderate heat; put ribs and cook for 15 minutes while basting until glazed and brown then serve.
