Barbecued Alaskan Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients:
Salmon steaks (Alaskan, 6-8 oz each, frozen or fresh)
1 Tablespoon of juice (freshly squeezed lemon)
1-1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/4 cup of melted butter
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire (Lea & Perrins)
1 clove of garlic (small); crushed
1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce (Tabasco)
Instructions:
If using frozen salmon, thaw. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, butter, Worcestershire, garlic, and Tabasco; mix. Gently brush the steaks with the mixture.
Pour a little oil on a griddle and place salmon when oil is hot. Grill over moderate heat. Baste from time to time during grilling.
When salmon is done, baste gently and serve.
