Bacon-Glazed Grilled Onion Recipe
Instructions:
1 Tbsp of molasses
2 Tbsps of balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps of light brown sugar
8 pcs bacon (hickory-smoked), sliced in half
2 pcs large onions; cut in wedges
Instructions:
Soak wooden toothpicks in some water for half an hour. Wrap the onions with the bacon and secure it using the soaked toothpicks. Set aside.
Mix sugar, molasses and vinegar; moisten over the wedges. Then cover then chill for an hour. Remove the wedges from the marinade; set aside.
Set grill to medium heat (400 degrees F) and grill the wedges (covered w/ grill lid) until crisp; basting with the left over marinade.
