Asian Beef Skewer Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of steak (flank)
1 Tbsp of ginger root; minced
2 garlic cloves; chopped finely
2 pcs of onions (green); chopped
1 tsp of bbq sauce
3 Tbsps of hoisin sauce
1/4 c of soy sauce
3 Tbsps of sherry

Instructions:
Mix Hoisin, soy and bbq sauce inside a bowl; add sherry garlic, onions, and the ginger then blend. Cut steak diagonally across the grain at about quarter of an inch per slice.
Marinade it with the sauce mixed and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hrs. Heat up grill to high then put the steaks on it.
Put oil on the grate and grill the beef according to “doneness” desired.
