Apricot Honey Glaze Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of cornstarch
1/4 tsp of allspice
2 Tbsps of lemon juice
1/2 c of honey
1/2 c of apricot (preserves)
Ham or spareribs

Instructions:

Mix all of the allspice, lemon juice, honey, & apricot preserve on a saucepan and cook on moderate heat. Stir constantly ’til clear and thickened.

Prepare the outdoor grill on moderate heat. Grill the meat and baste it couple of times during last 30 minutes of grilling.
